Carlos Ardavin



Carlos Ardavin is Executive Vice President- Business Development for JWR Construction Services, Inc. He is responsible for overseeing marketing, business development, pre-construction, contract negotiations and client management. In addition, he is charged with the responsibility of ensuring that JWR’s internal project transition between Pre-Construction and Operations is seemless. Carlos joined the JWR team in early December of 2016. Prior to joining JWR, Carlos spent eight years as the Executive Vice President of the Tower-OHL Group; followed by a combined seven years as CEO of Matrix Construction Group and COO of Cambridge Construction Corporation.

In his 32-year career as a professional in the construction industry, Carlos has a tremendous amount of experience in both the private and public sectors; specializing in leading his team’s efforts in his areas of expertise. His public-sector experience includes multiple projects at all levels of federal, state and local government. In the private-sector, Carlos’s list of successful projects for repeat clients includes the following markets: commercial, institutional, multi-family residential, affordable housing, healthcare, senior care, industrial, entertainment and retail.

Carlos was invited to join the Associated Builders & Contractors Florida East Coast Chapter (ABC-FEC) Board of Directors in 2005 and served as Chairman of the Board in 2010. He currently continues to serve on the Board of Directors. In addition, Carlos represents ABC-FEC on the ABC of Florida Board of Directors which oversees the legislative efforts of the five ABC chapters in the State of Florida. Carlos was also selected as the ABC of Florida Chairman of the Board in 2013 and currently remains on the State Board of Directors.

Carlos was born and raised in Miami, Florida and currently resides in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
